When I FINALLY get the motivation to start fitting in my exercises more, I get sick! I barely have any energy to walk around the house and I’m sneezing & coughing every 5 mins. GREAT. JUST GREAT. Just what I needed :/
I love when I end up doing my workout after complaining that I’m too tired. I immediately regret saying I was tired. Now I’m tired, but for a good reason. I feel better about myself. I want to be tired, not lazy. Loving my new outlook on life.
I need a new outlet, and feeling better about myself and exercising is going to be it.
